Founded in 2015, Guru Academy is a registered private tutoring body teaching students from all backgrounds in 11 plus, GCSE and A-level subjects. We pride ourselves on our rigorous teaching, represented in our excellent exam results. 11+: 93% of our students achieved their desired grammar school place in 2022. GCSE: Grade 7-9 (A-A*) rate of 100%. A-Level: B-A* rate of 100%. With specialist tutors in Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning English, Mathematics, Further Mathematics and the 3 Sciences (Biology, Chemistry and Physics), we are equipped to deliver the very best results for your child.

About Us

Who We Are
Guru Academy's aim is to educate students to unlock their potential and attain the best results they possibly can. We have an established track record for doing just that. Our tutors have taught in top UK schools and universities with experience teaching for at least 6 years.
What We Do
We execute precise lesson plans, adjusting the teaching approach to suit the age and interests of every student. Spot tests, topic tests and mock examinations are conducted regularly, while homework assignments are marked quickly with detailed constructive feedback. We source material beyond the scope of the syllabus to further students' understanding.
